Jason Binder moved to Houston, TX from his hometown of Rochester, MI. He received a BA in English Lit/Journalism from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI and proceeded to work in the fast-paced, upscale fashion apparel industry where customer service was an integral part of doing business. Jason believes one of the best services he can provide his clients is simply being available and ready to help answer questions and guide his clients through the real estate process.
Jason is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, and he specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers who have previously struggled with selling their homes on their own or with another agent. By making an industry leap to real estate from fashion apparel, Jason found professional success quickly, leading his office in sales-volume in his first year. Year-over-year, Jason continues to lead his office in sales activity and is closely involved with many of the vendors that buyers and sellers use when it comes to buying/selling a home.
Jason is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and is fluent in handling the probate process. He can confidently assist families in selling property owned by a loved one and can refer contractors, attorneys, & title companies to help along the way.
Jason currently resides in the Westbury neighborhood in Houston with his wife, Tracey, who is the Market Area Client Development Manager at Neiman Marcus in the Houston Galleria. In their free time they enjoy chasing around their Boston Terrier, going to the beach and spending time with family.
